Software Levels

Level 1

The level 1 software is best suited for small bulk plants that want to control access of product but do not require tracking of the truck number, the carrier or the customer to which this fuel will be delivered. The trucks visiting the rack are owned by the bulk plant owner. A BOL will print with the company header and hazardous classification information. The TMS6000 will allow the bulk plant owner and management team to view a web-page to run reports or access and update the databases. Level 1 reports will show the history of tickets, product reports, driver reports and reconciliation.

Level 2

The level 2 software includes all above features plus the follwing. It allows driver prompts at the rack for their truck or trailer number, the carrier they haul for, the customer this load is assigned to before prompting for type and volume of product and one additional data field that can be used based on the customers need for additional data requirements. This level is perfect for a larger bulk plant that allows access of its product to other carriers.

Level 3

Level 3 includes all above features plus the follwing. This level will also prompt drivers at the rack for their truck or trailer number, the carrier they haul for, the customer this load is assigned to, the supplier of the product before prompting for type and volume of product and there will be 5 additional data fields that can be used based at the customers need for additional data requirements. This level is designed for terminals that act as a throughput agent for multiple fuel suppliers and that allow access of its product to other carriers.

The TMS6000 Level 3 also allows for Order entry based load requests. This allows the terminal to preload orders into the system. An order is a predefined transaction that outlines the quantity of product to be pulled from the terminal in a given time frame. This allows the terminal to control access to each product. The level 3 further empowers the terminal to control product through different types of allocation. The TMS6000 Level 3 will allow the terminal to allocate product to third parties using stock allocation or credit allocation.  This allows a terminal to control product access if issues arise with regional demand and guarantee that the terminal can meet its contractual obligations.
